Welcome!
Use the Parking Portal to purchase permits, pay citations, sign up for waitlists, appeal a citation or access your account.  Please enter your Email Address and Password in the fields below and click Log In. 
If you receive an error that your email address already exists, please call the Parking Office (231) 922-0241 to reset your account.

You do not need an account to pay for a citation. Click PARKING PORTAL in the upper left corner to return to the home page. From the home page, you may simply enter your Citation Number or your Plate Number and Plate State in the CITATIONS section below and click Search Citations.

If you do not have an account, click SIGNUP in the upper right corner to create one, but full account details may not be displayed upon initial log in.  It is preferred that you request an account from the Parking Office (231) 922-0241 to ensure all account information is available at the time of your initial login.
